its simply brilliant, genius really, to label tech help a "genius bar."
because sometimes you just need to pull up a stool, pour out your worries and frustrations, and have a "genius" fix all your problems.
after 3 cities and 4 mac stores, an apple employee finally decided that yes, my computer was a lemon, and needed lots of fixing. i exhaled one big thank you.
and subsequently decided that life needed more "geniuses" and more bars.
